“IN your search for a wedding photographer, you’ll find many who claim to specialize in wedding photojournalism. But how many of these photographers have actuall worked as photojournalists?
Using a documentary approach honed from years of making pictures for news agencies, I approach each wedding as its own unique and special assignment. In my sense, it’s a day of history for you and your family, a celebration to be captured and preserved for generations in the most honest and creative way possible.
I don’t have packages per se’ as I prefer to learn what you are interested in and tailor my service to your exact wishes.
My preference is to commit myself for the entire day to photograph everything from the time you are preparing with friends and family until the time you leave the reception. For this service, I charge $2000 for continuous coverage that will yield no less than 500 pictures. 4x6 proofs of all pictures are included as well as all images saved at their highest resolution on disk. This means that you will never have to go through me to order prints.
Your wedding pictures should tell a story, not just of what you were wearing or how you were posing, but how you were feeling, the joyous and the unexpected. Telling the story of your wedding day isn’t just a job for me, it’s an opportunity and a passion.
Please let me know what you need. I am flexible with my pricing and will happily customize my approach to meet your specific needs. To that end, I am available for a free consultation on request.”
